National Modification Service is an extremely persistent and professional firm. After many months of negotiations with my bank, and after escalting the case to the Presidential Executive Office, they were able to not only save my home, but also get me approved for a 2% interest rate on my mortgage. I tried on my own, and although I was told that I was approved for a modification, it was then denied. This occured twice. I don't know how they did this and I'm just grateful that it was done. I travel all over the country and Howard Leeds, my case manager was extremely aggressive at getting the required documents submitted when they were needed. If anyone is thinking of getting this done on his/her own, I do not recommend it. Let the professionals do it right.
